Being with TalkTalk For Broad Band & Phone we pay a fixed monthly bill which covers all National & most International Phone Numbers but it does not cover 0844 : 0845 or 0870 numbers for which we get charged and these charges become excessive when it is impossible to get through directly to speak to anyone. Some Organisations, such as Currys, seem to have an infinite number of 0844/0845 nos. followed by choices of 1/2/3/4/etc/etc, and it can take up to an hour to get through to anyone. This makes their "Whateverhappens Customer Suport Sytsem" the most Diobolical System that was ever devised to "Fob-off" Customers who have paid for their Support
